Delivery service is limited to our local service area and is not available outside the Southwest Missouri region.
Delivery Schedule
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- Delivery day and cut‑off times vary and are confirmed at the time of ordering
- Orders placed after the weekly cut‑off may be scheduled for the following delivery week

Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees vary based on location and order size
- Free delivery is available for orders $35 and over
- All delivery fees are non‑refundable

Receiving Your Delivery
For health and safety reasons:
- Someone should be available to receive the order at the delivery address when possible
- If items are left unattended at the customer’s request, All Pet Supplies is not responsible for loss, damage, or exposure after delivery is completed
- If temperature-sensitive products are accepted for delivery, these products will not be left unattended
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information
